Het appartement en inventaris heeft onderhoud nodig en een “touch of love”. Deurgrepen zaten los, meubilair op het dakterras is aan vervanging toe. Plafond kleine badkamer is beschadigd keukeninventaris (in het bijzonder de pannen) waren aan vervanging toe
