Charming vacation home with pool, located about 7 km from Lido di Camaiore with its beautiful beaches and near the ancient village of Buchignano.
The house is spread over three floors.
On the second floor: large living room with fully equipped kitchen; On the 1st floor: three bedrooms and a bathroom; On the first floor: small living room with separate access and sofa bed, bathroom.
The outdoor area is equipped with barbecue and offers various corners overlooking the spectacular Tuscan countryside and the adjacent vineyard (1 hectare) of the owner.
The position is ideal not only to reach the famous beaches of Lido di Camaiore and Viareggio (14 km) and Forte dei Marmi (14,6 km), but also to visit Carrara (44 km) with its fine marble and Pietrasanta (9,8 km) with its marble statues.
Nature and sports lovers can discover the Antro of Corchia (25 km), a cave in the Apuan Alps Park with 70 km of tunnels and waterholes that make it the most important karst complex in Italy.
A visit to the fascinating art cities of Pisa (27 km) and Lucca (28 km) is a must! It is 52 km to the town of Collodi, the hometown of Pinocchio, an ideal destination for children.
The last 50 m of the access road are not asphalted.

Heel mooi huis, prachtige omgeving. Eigenaar zeer hulpvaardig, taal is wel moeilijk (enkel Italiaans). Wij hebben gecommuniceerd via Google Translate. Grappige situaties! Verzorgd domein, goed voorzien van basisbenodigdheden. (Pannen, glazen, bestek,…) Wij zijn zeer tevreden!

Schade, dass Franco, der Ansprechpartner vor Ort, weder deutsch noch englisch spricht. Italienisch spricht er so schnell, dass man eigentlich nichts versteht. Wo man ihn treffen sollte, war nicht ganz klar. Nach einer langen Anreise fanden wir das mühsam. Lage des Hauses ist top, tolle Aussicht und gute Ausstattung!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit super Ausblick. Die Anfahrt ist etwas beschwerlich, vor allem wenn man wie wir mit einem VW Bus unterwegs ist. Man muss sich aber auch im Klaren sein dass da oben wirklich gar nichts ist. Dafür ist man aber total für sich.
