The flat is located in the Vistamar building, only 30 m from the beach of Punta del Raset beach. One of the best beaches in Dénia. It is very well located, in front of the beach and only 250 m from the beginning of the Paseo Maritimo with restaurants, shops, cafes and everything you need.


The flat has a kitchen, a large dining room and 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a large and comfortable double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The sheets and bath towels are washed and ironed in the laundry, just like in hotels. We want you to feel at home :)


You can cook your favourite dishes in our kitchen equipped with fridge, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, glasses, plates, microwave.... You will also have internet with wifi (free) for those who need to stay connected and smart Tv in case you want to watch a movie.


The dining room has a comfortable armchair where you can take a nap after the meal and a spacious table where 4 people can eat comfortably. If you feel like it, you can eat at the table on the terrace or have breakfast watching the sunrise over the beach at the table with chairs available in the flat.


Children are welcome, we can provide you with a travel cot, high chair and anything else you can think of that will make your holiday easier, please contact me! ....


There is also a communal swimming pool in the building and importantly there is private parking reserved for the property, you don't have to worry about summer parking problems, just press the remote control and you can park in your space in the building with no problem ;)


As our reviews show, we take the hygiene and disinfection of the flat very seriously 💪 Cleaning is done by a certified professional cleaning company. Bed linen and towels are washed, sanitized and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the best known hotels and hospitals in the province. We also add extra disinfection with an Ozone generator which is a powerful antimicrobial agent and eliminates 99% of bacteria and viruses 🦠.


There is a large Mercadona supermarket just 500m from the flat, take-away places, restaurants, clothes shops...you are only 250m from the start of Denia's promenade and a stroll from the town centre.


The beach of Punta del Raset in front of our flat is the closest beach to the town centre and is also one of the widest with 600 metres long and 75 metres wide.


It is a sandy beach that has a great landscape value due to the dunes that are generated on it and that are currently being regenerated to preserve them.


It has wooden walkways that facilitate access to the shore and a beach bar with sun loungers and parasols for hire. As it is a fairly spacious beach area, it is not overcrowded in high season, making it perfect for children and the elderly.


Its orientation means that it is protected from the easterly, midday and Llebeig winds, it is a perfect beach!


It has leisure facilities for children, including a pyramid of climbing ropes and an aquatic centre that is installed in July and August.


For the not so young there are volleyball nets and a bio-healthy park for exercising while sunbathing, all free of charge. There is also a Red Cross guard post.
