First-line sea views of Dénia beach.
Wake up to the sunrise over the beach! All-inclusive price: Free Wifi, sheets, towels, SUN, pool, hot/cold air conditioning, sea, and relaxation. The apartment is located in the Vistamar building, just 30 meters from Punta del Raset beach, one of the best beaches in Dénia. It is very well situated, facing the beach and only 250 meters from the start of the promenade with restaurants, shops, cafes, and everything you need. The apartment has a kitchen, a large dining room, and 2 bedrooms: one with a spacious and comfortable double bed, and another with 2 single beds.
Bed linens and bath towels are washed and ironed in a laundry service, just like in hotels.
We want you to feel at home :) You can cook your favorite dishes in our kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, glasses, plates, microwave... You will also have free WiFi internet for those who need to stay connected and a Smart TV if you feel like watching a movie. The living-dining room has a comfortable sofa perfect for an after-lunch nap and a spacious table where 4 people can dine comfortably.
If you fancy, you can eat at the terrace table or have breakfast watching the sunrise over the beach at the table with chairs provided in the apartment. Children are welcome! We can provide a travel cot, a baby chair, and anything else you can think of that might make your vacation easier, just ask me!... There is also a communal pool in the building and, importantly, it has private parking reserved for the property.
You won't have to worry about summer parking problems; just press the remote control and you can park in your spot in the building without any issues ;) As our reviews show, we take the hygiene and disinfection of the apartment very seriously 💪. Cleaning is carried out by a certified professional cleaning company.
Bed linen and towels are washed, sanitized, and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the most well-known hotels and hospitals in the province.
We also add an extra disinfection with an Ozone generator, which is a powerful antimicrobial agent and eliminates 99% of bacteria and viruses 🦠. There is a large Mercadona supermarket just 500m from the apartment, as well as takeaway food places, restaurants, clothing stores... you are only 250 meters from the beginning of the Dénia promenade and a short walk to the city center. The Punta del Raset beach, located in front of our apartment, is the closest beach to the town center.
It is also one of the most spacious, with a length of 600 meters and a width of 75 meters. It is a sandy beach with great landscape value due to the dunes that form on it, which are currently being regenerated to preserve them. It has wooden access walkways that facilitate arrival at the shore and a beach bar with sun loungers and umbrellas for rent.
As it is a quite spacious beach area, it doesn't get overcrowded during high season, making it perfect for families with children and the elderly. Its orientation means it is protected from the east, south, and southwest winds, making it a perfect beach! It has leisure facilities for children, including a rope pyramid for climbing and an aquatic center that operates during July and August. For the not-so-young, there are volleyball nets and a bio-health park for exercising while sunbathing, all with free access.

Er was een mooi zwembad
De badkamer is aan vernieuwing toe en zeker voor oudere personen niet geschikt omdat de douche in het bad is en het bad echt versleten is.
De twee eenpersoons bedden hebben slechte matrassen en geen molton voor het onderlaken .

La terraza y cercania al pueblo. Las sabanas y toallas estaban limpias. Diria tambien cercania a la playa pero daba asco. Llevo años yendo a Denia pero este año ha sido horrible. Todo lleno de posidonias (según escuchamos, el alcalde no le da la gana limpiarlo)
El sofa pequeño. Solo cogiamos 2 personas y la tv muy pequeña. Las sartenes para tirar, no quise usar ninguna. El congelador no cierra. Deberian cambiarlo. El recogedor roto.
