Welcome to the Elmaugut Holiday Farm in Mühlbach am Hochkönig!
At an altitude of 1,200 meters, at the foot of the impressive Hochkönig massif in the Salzburgerland, our family-run organic mountain farm awaits you. For generations, we, the Höllwart family, have managed the farm with great heart and passion.
Here, lived farming tradition, warm hospitality, and the impressive nature of the Salzburg mountains combine to create a special holiday experience. Accommodation at Elmaugut In the main house, cozy holiday apartments and double rooms in the traditional Salzburg country house style are available.
For families and groups, our farmhouse from 1679 is also available for exclusive use within the farm complex – ideal for those who wish to enjoy their holiday in complete privacy and a special ambiance. A Real Farm Experience With us, you will experience life on a real farm up close.
Get to know our animals, observe the daily work on the farm, or help with small tasks in the stable.
There is much for children to discover, from our animals and numerous play opportunities to many adventures in the region. Summer & Winter at Hochkönig Hiking trails and bike routes lead directly from the farm into the impressive mountain world.
In winter, the Hochkönig ski area, part of Ski amadé, awaits you with perfectly groomed slopes, modern lift facilities, and cozy ski huts.
A connecting lift above the farm leads to the family run and further to the valley station of the Karbachalm cable car. Depending on snow conditions, access from the farm is possible with a short walk and a little push, as is the return journey. A special winter experience is a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride with Anton Höllwart sen. and our home-bred Noriker horses.
Snuggle up warmly as you glide through the snow-covered landscape, past snow-laden forests, and with a magnificent view of the Hochkönig massif. Holiday with Added Value As a partner establishment of the HochkönigCard, you benefit from numerous free services and attractive discounts in the region.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr sauber, kein Staub, kein Dreck im Bad. Alle 4 Matratzen sind gut und nicht durchgelegen. Die Eigentümer halten die Wohnung in sehr gutem Zustand.
