Sehr ruhige idyllische Lage in grossem kaum einsehbarem Grundstück mit Pool, ruhige Nachbarn, Nähe zu Labin mit Geschäften mehrerer Lebensmittelketten, aber auch Bäckereien und üblichen Geschäften für einen Ferienort.
