The second bedroom is furnished with a set of twin/double beds, a private lake view balcony and luxury en-suite.
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor, with limited view and features a comfortable double sofa bed.
Also at this level is an outside bathroom without shower.
A third modern fitted bathroom is further provided in the property for additional convenience.
Outside the private lake view terrace offers the perfect place in which to relax in the hanging wicker egg chairs or at the stylish dining area, for a memorable ‘alfresco’ dining experience! For added convenience, a private parking space can be booked too for your stay (subject to a daily charge).

The only issue was no smart TV in the living room. Other than that it was magical! The owner was so accommodating and meet us at the property with a warm welcome. The location was perfect. The veranda was amazing with amazing views of Lake Como. The wear was perfect .Wish we had more days in Varenna. Highly recommend this property.

This villa felt more like a private retreat, with magnificent views of Lake Como. The house itself is beautiful, and the gardens are truly intriguing, adding to its charm. With a little more tender loving care and some thoughtful essentials—like bottled water and soap—it would feel even more welcoming. The location, however, is absolutely wonderful and makes the stay memorable.

Amazing location, perfect view and the elevator was much appreciated for the heavy luggages. Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. Check-in and check-out were organized and well-planned.
