Na plus swoboda i wielkość domu oraz teren wokół , co istotne było dla dzieci.
Sugeruję odświeżenie umeblowania kuchni.
Właściciel ok. poinstruował , co i gdzie . Jednak z jego strony nie potrzebne było poszukiwanie uszkodzeń na koniec pobytu , liczenie poszewek itp. Dało sie wyczuć chęć pozostawienia sobie części kaucji .

haus im schlechten zustand. sehr unsauber.käfer und andere tiirchen an den wänden und fußboden ! das haus wahr zur eröffnung bestimmt wunderbar! seitdem wurde nchts mehr gemacht. runter gewirtschaftet!!!
