Nachdem wir alles bezahlt hatten, wurde uns im ersten Telefonat mitgeteilt, dass wir 200 Euro Kaution zu bezahlen hätten. Die 200 Euro waren laut Angebot nur bei Saunabenutzung fällig. Die Antwort darauf war:Das ist jetzt nun mal so.
Das Geld haben wir bei der Abreise zwar zurückbekommen, ware aber...
