The flat, is situated in the heart of the city, Centro Ciudad neighbourhood, it has a privileged location in one of the streets of the Plaza Mayor, Calle Prior.


THE FLAT:

This modern and spacious flat, is on the first floor of a newly built building with lift and air conditioning, has approximately 50m2, distributed in 1 bedroom, living/dining room with balcony to Prior street, independent kitchen, hallway and a spacious bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub.


HOW TO STAY:

Up to 4 adults can be accommodated in: Two people in bedroom of 14m2 with double bed of 1,35m and other two people in a double sofa-bed of 1,40m in the living room, there is also the possibility of cot and highchair (optional service).

To make your stay even more pleasant, the whole flat is furnished with designer furniture, air conditioning, heating with internal thermostat, hot water, internet wifi and among others.

-DINING ROOM: Sofa-bed cheslong, large dining table with 4 chairs, furniture with 32" flat tv, air conditioning and complements.

-KITCHEN: Ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, capsule coffee machine (dolce gusto), Italian coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery, cleaning products, clothes horse, ironing board and iron.

MAIN BEDROOM: 1.35m double bed, 3 drawers chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, armchair, built-in wardrobe, bed linen and air conditioning.

-BATHROOM: Equipped with washbasin, toilet, hydromassage bathtub, hairdryer, wastepaper basket, toilet paper, washbasin and shower towels per guest.

-FACILITIES: Free Wifi throughout the house, air conditioning in living room and bedroom, individual heating and hot water.

-COT AND COT: pillow, mattress, blanket, sheets and towels (optional service 20€/stay).


ZONE
The Centro Ciudad neighbourhood is a very touristic and commercial area of the city, the area of the flat is surrounded by important monuments of the city such as the Plaza Mayor, La Rua, churches and important squares, as well as tapas bars and restaurants recommended in tourist guides.


PARKING:

As it is a pedestrian zone, parking in this area is scarce and there is a blue zone parking fee (M to F 9-14. 16-20, S 9-14). You also have the possibility of renting a parking space with the flat in a nearby building subject to availability (15€/day to hire once the flat is booked), however there is the Lemans car park just 250m from the flat.

There is a taxi rank and city bus stop just 50 metres from the door.
