It is located 0 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Levante", 80 m from the bus station "urban bus", 200 m from the supermarket, 350 m from the city "Benidorm old town area", 3 km from the amusement park "MUNDOMAR", 3 km from the water park "ACUALANDIA", 5 km from the Golf course, 5 km from the amusement park "TERRA NATURA", 6 km from the amusement park "TERRA MITICA", 35 km from the train station "Alicante", 45 km from the airport "Alicante" and is located in a lively area by the sea. It has an elevator, paid internet access (wifi), electric radiator heating, communal pool (in summer season), 1 television. It does not have parking, but we can offer private parking spaces in other locations or in a paid public parking lot. The independent gas kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer. If you arrive after closing time in the afternoon or on a public holiday, there will be a list in the shop window with the client's name and a phone number to call, and someone will bring the keys to our office door within a few minutes (if you plan to arrive outside of office hours and notify us, you help us organize and minimize your wait when you arrive at our office).
In this case, the following morning, except for Sundays and public holidays, you must come to our office to present the ID or passport of all occupants (this is mandatory by law). The building is an ideal place to spend your holidays, as it has a supermarket nearby, a restaurant and bar area, is on the beachfront of Levante Beach and in the center of Benidorm, and has a very quick connection to the road and highway, making it quick and easy to go on excursions to neighboring towns. At our reception office, you will find tourist information, city maps, and you can book all kinds of additional services for both your stay in the apartment and to enjoy the daytime and nighttime leisure activities offered by the city and its surroundings. For our clients, we offer a transfer service to and from Alicante airport, either by taxi or private transport companies (VTC).
If you arrive at night or on a public holiday, we can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport with your apartment keys and taken to your accommodation. Tickets for theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Acualandia, Aquanatura), party venues, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, guided excursions to nearby towns or Valencia, car rentals, electric vehicle rentals for people with reduced mobility, diving or sports activities, and nature contact through specialized companies.
Tickets for nightclubs on special dates (especially New Year's Eve). We can also offer tickets for various concerts and events held in Benidorm throughout the year.

We have socio-health services through an external provider (babysitting, companionship, personal care, nursing, physiotherapy, medication control, etc.). The photos of the apartments shown on our website are of a typical apartment (they may not be exactly of the one you will occupy in the building), as being apartments from private owners, there may be variations in the type of furniture or decoration, but the services described are practically the same in all of them. Check-in to the apartments is at 17:00 hrs (if the apartment is clean and ready before, we may be able to hand over the keys earlier, which may incur a supplement). Check-out from the apartments is at 10:00 hrs (if you wish to leave later, please consult with our staff about the possibility of a late check-out from the apartment.
