3-room house 70 m2 on 1st floor. 1 room with 3 beds. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings) with dining table, satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 2 showers/WC. No heating option.

Electricity via solar collector which is therefore dependant on the weather.
Electrical devices with more than 12 V cannot be operated in this house.
