For shared use: garden 400 m2 with lawn and plants. Garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Narrow motor access. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 20 m, supermarket 1 km, bakery 20 m, bus stop "Mayrhofen Fischerstraße" 230 m, railway station "Mayrhofen Bahnhof" 800 m, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, mountain railway 100 m, ski lift 2.5 km, ski bus stop, ski school 100 m, cross country ski track 400 m. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
