On the ground floor are 2 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a double bed. In one bedroom, the bathroom is integrated into the room and partially open at the top.
The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher for easy shared meals. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating and a washing machine are also available. A restaurant and a bar are each approximately 300 m away in a straight line, while the beach is about 12 km away in a straight line.
There are 2 free parking spaces on the property. Pets are not allowed and the house is non-smoking. Youth groups are not accepted. Other groups, except families and couples over 30, are permitted only on request and with a special deposit. Licence number: 680/2015/ET.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit einem tollen Pool und einer schönen Terrasse zum sitzen. Ruhig gelegen mit wenig Verkehr. Von der Ausstattung her war alles da was man braucht.
Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist etwas schwierig, nix für ungeübte Fahrer.
