The holiday flat is located above the garage. Here you will find a cosily furnished living/dining room with satellite TV, a separate fully equipped kitchenette with oven and ceramic hob, a microwave and a fridge-freezer on a living space of approx. 30 m². There is a bedroom with a double bed and a further sleeping area with two single beds in the converted attic, which can only be reached via a room-saving staircase. For this reason, the flat is only rented out to children aged 5 and over. A bathroom with shower/WC is also included

Including towels, final cleaning and flat-rate additional costs.

Bed linen (€ 6.00 per person) can be rented for 5 nights or more. Please clarify this directly with the landlord.
