The 92 m² house sleeps up to 4 guests and has 2 bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. An exterior staircase leads to the pool and bedroom level, with the living level one floor above. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds.
The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, with a dishwasher to help with the clearing up. Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a washing machine are also available. Electricity is included, and there is a free carport on site. Please bring your own towels. Pets are not allowed, the house is non-smoking and it is not rented to youth groups.
A tennis court and a golf course are each 1 km away, and a set of golf equipment is available free of charge. The nearest beach is approximately 1 km away in a straight line. Campomanes marina offers restaurants and bars, while Altea’s old town is home to the blue-domed church, boutiques and art shops.

Vielen Dank an Erika, die Übergabe hat problemlos geklappt. Was nicht so gut war: kaputter Sonnenschirm, der jedoch am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht wurde. Die Matratzen im DZ scheinen schon etwas älter zu sein.
