Guter Kontakt zur Vermittlerin. Tolle Nachbarschaft. Perfekte Lage: Direkter Zugang zum Pool, Ausblick auf die gepflegte Parkanlage. Schöne geräumige Terrasse, großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Tiefgarage sehr gut zugänglich vom Appartement, Aufzug vorhanden und im Sommer immer ein kühles Auto! Das Mar Menor ist ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Resort entfernt.

De ligging kort aan het zwembad was top, 👌😎...maar de rest in het appartement, onderandere, onderhoud, deuren stuk, afwasmachine vuil en stuk, het appartement was niks onderhouden en heel vuil, wij zijn over beten door bedwanzen, tuinstoelen waren roest en in de keuken waren er overal nog etensreste...
