The location is convenient for visiting Tuscany, Umbria and the Marches.

The house consists of a newer wing on the first floor with independent rooms with bathroom, all exclusively with access from outside, a large professionally equipped kitchen that communicates with a large dining room, access to a covered terrace and a bathroom with shower.

In the older part of the house, on the 1st floor, there is a large living room (about 70m2) with fireplace and billiards.

Some, unoccupied rooms are not accessible.

About 20 km from the house the owner runs a wellness farm with pools, massage center and restaurant (extra services, to be paid locally).

Distances: Apecchio 6 km, the ancient town of Città di Castello 27 km, Gubbio 45 km, Fano (sea and beaches) 70 km.

The friendly owners are also managers of a wellness center about 20 km away, with thermal baths, sports facilities and medical professionals.
