Our villa is a 3 bed, 2 bath detached with private pool, close to the beach.
It comprise a lounge/diner, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom. A very large outdoors area of where there is a lounge/BBQ area and a nice 8x4m pool with an exceptional 180 degrees views over La Marquesa Golf course.
Fully equipped inside with air-conditioning Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
The villa is located two minute drive to shops and commercials about 50 miles "35mn drive" South of Alicante and only 10 minutes from the stunning sandy beaches of La Mata and Guardamar, it is also very close to a water park.
Ideal location..It can be reached via both Alicante and San Javier Airports equally 35-40mn away each.
