Excellent house located in a gated community, in the center of Ericeira, with a magnificent sea view and capacity for 7 people.
It has a living room with sofas, TV, and dining area, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, one bedroom with 1 single bed, one bedroom in the attic with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.
It also includes an iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), and a hairdryer. Outside, this accommodation has various seating areas: - On the front side of the house, there is a terrace with a barbecue and dining area that has direct access to the kitchen. - At the back, with access from the living room, there is another terrace also with a dining area. - On the top floor of the house, there is a huge terrace with a magnificent sea view, equipped with outdoor furniture.

The amount of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at a unit rate of €2.50 during the high season (May 1 to October 31) and €1.20 during the low season (November 1 to April 30).
Payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation fee and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
