The apartment is on the 5th floor with an elevator and is located 300 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the supermarket.
Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total cost of electricity, water, and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month.
Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the aforementioned consumption exceeds this amount, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month.
