The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at a unit value of €2.50 during the high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 during the low season (November 1st to April 30th).
Payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid in cash upon check-in.

The apartment is spacious, pool, beautiful view from the balcony at an excellent price. It is also well situated, 5 minutes drive from any place of interest in Ericeira. The centre of town is actually cramped, noisy and parking is a huge problem. Highly recommended.
