Inside, the inviting 1st floor interior comprises a cosy sitting area for 4, a recently fitted new kitchen diner for 4, a double king-size master bedroom and 2 further bedrooms, both furnished with a pair of separate single beds.
A modern fitted shower room and private laundry facilities complete the layout of the accessible retreat. Outside, a sunny corner 35m2 balcony terrace provides a lovely alfresco space for day-night entertaining.
A small, charming lower garden with gated entry and a parking area for 1 car offers added convenience.
Subject to availability, larger groups can easily rent ‘La Fresia’ and ‘Il Gladiolo’, which are situated in the same building. La proximité avec la mer, la grande terrasse, la climatisation, le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge. Les fenêtres et portes seraient à changer

Zu aller erst einmal, die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch, es sind keine 10 m bis zur Strandpromenade, und vielleicht 50 m bis zum Meer. Besser geht das nicht.Trotz allem ist es vor allen Dingen nach hinten heraus sehr ruhig, positiv finde ich auch, dass man den Wagen hinter einem verschließbaren Tor ...

Die Nähe zum Strand,100m, perfekt.
Leider ist die Wohnung in schlechtem Zustand, minimal ausgestattet, Mobiliar teilweise kaputt und schmutzig.
