Located in the heart of the old town and facing the sea in Villefranche-sur-Mer, within a small, quiet residence, QUAI DES MARINIERES by Riviera Holiday Homes is a 100-square-meter apartment with a sea-view terrace.
Fully equipped for 6 people, the apartment features a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a sofa bed for two. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a round 180 cm bed; a sliding partition can create another room with 2 bunk beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. On the ground floor, there is another bathroom with a shower and another separate toilet. The apartment has a small terrace with a sea view.
It is situated at the foot of restaurants and close to amenities. You can visit everything on foot, including the 16th-century Citadel Saint-Elme and the Volti Museum.
The train station, located in the town center, allows you to easily visit the cities of Nice, Monaco, Menton, etc.

we loved the waterfront and the quirkiness of the property. The hosts were excellent with quick responses to queries
it was a little dated and there is no soundproofing! Also, there is no aircon which was fine in April but not sure about the summer months

Location is fantastic. Querciest accommodation I have ever stayed in. The welcome pack was a welcome addition, and very useful.

One of the most interesting entrances and interior configuration I’ve ever stayed in. Great location on the bay. Beautiful view right outside the windows onto the Mediterranean.Incroyable!!!!
