This villa is a gem in the middle of a lush pine forest in the Var, between Marseille and Nice, 30 km from Hyères and 50 km from Saint-Tropez.
This beautiful villa is located in an exclusive residential area.
With respect for the neighbours in the area, you will experience a very pleasant holiday in this villa.
The cosy living room with a bar, the five bedrooms and the large, separate kitchen leave nothing to be desired.
A terrace opens directly onto the swimming pool with shower nearby and the beautifully manicured garden with barbecue.
As a tribute to tradition, there is a boules court on the property and you benefit from a pool house with WC, washbasin and hot water shower. The Provençal village of Sainte-Anastasie-sur-Issole was built with tall houses with narrow windows to protect them from the mistral and the sun.
Steep or stepped alleyways connect the houses with the main streets of the town.
The surrounding countryside is ideal for short or long walks, e.g. along the River Issole or towards Barre-de-Saint-Quinis as far as the chapel.
The GR9 long-distance hiking trail also awaits you with many beautiful views.
The well-balanced AOC quality wine from this wine-growing region or the Coteaux Varois en Provence is becoming increasingly popular. The pool and outdoor whirlpool bath are heated by a heat pump from April to October. Notes: On request and for a fee, you can bring a dog weighing a maximum of 15kg.

Huset var mycket bra och allt fungerade utmärkt. Tyvärr hade vi en hel del avloppslukt i ett av badrummen som inte gick att få bort. I övrigt fungerade allt, poolen var suverän och huset låg privat och ostört vilket var suveränt!!

Le petit village en dessous très mignon mais pas grand chose.. Il faut aller sur brignole ou une autre ville mais à 10 minutes en voiture donc pas de soucis :)

Wir hatten mit der Familie eine wirklich sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Tolle Poolanlage, alles sauber eine sehr freundliche Übergabe und netten Kontakt zum Besitzer. Was will man mehr.
