They are located only about 50 meters from the old town center in Rogoznica, with restaurants, bars, concerts and fishing evenings during the summer.

Der Blick vom Balkon ist toll. Man kann alle Schiffe/Boote beim Ein-und Auslaufen beobachten. Ein ganz kurzer Fußweg (mit Stufen) führt an die Promenade und zu einer Vielzahl von Restaurants. Das Meer ist ebenfalls in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und man findet dort Badeplattformen oder Kiesstrände.

Tolle unheimlich nette Gastgeber, schönes sauberes Appartement. Viele Kleinigkeiten wie z.b. Wasserkocher, Microwelle, Backrohr, Geschirr zum Kochen; alles vorhanden. Empfang war herzlich und der Hausherr hat gleich alles erklärt. In nicht einmal einer Minute am Pier; und zum Strand sind es ein paar Meter. Strand sauber und Wasser herrlich. Wir kommen wieder.
