Beautiful apartment in a semi-detached house created by the complete renovation of a historic watchtower.
Private, equipped outdoor area on a fully fenced plot of about 2 hectares.

In Spoleto (37 km), the Festival dei Due Mondi (classical music) takes place every year in July.
The region's excellent truffle dishes are also highly recommended.

Fantastisk hus og eiendom. Vi kunne imidlertid tenkt oss solsenger til alle ni. Det kunne også vært et kjøleskap i tilknytning til svømmebassenget. Det stemmer heller ikke at det er 700 meter til nærmeste restaurant. Men alt i alt hadde vi en fantastisk uke i huset

Het was voor ons de 2de maal dat we er zijn geweest, zeer goede ervaring weeral. We hadden wat problemen met warm water maar even vragen aan Georgio en alles werdt direct opgelost. Hopelijk kunnen wij nog een keer van dit vakantiehuis genieten. Zeer goed

Das Haus ist zwar etwas teurer, ist dafür aber samt Grundstück sehr gepflegt und hat an Ausstattung alles was gebraucht wird.
Auch der schöne Pool wird täglich von einem Mann gereinigt, der auch den ganzen Grund in Schuss hält!
Sehr netter Vermieter, der nur samstags für ein paar Stunden in der sepa...
