Casa La Malondra, located directly on the sea, is a very well-situated house in Lanzarote.
It is a recently renovated and very well-equipped bungalow with immense views of the sea and the beach.
It accommodates up to 4 people and boasts every luxury detail.
Your beach house in Matagorda. The house is located right on the promenade and has one floor.
Entrance is from the promenade itself, with a spacious terrace with sun loungers, a large living room with satellite TV, a very well-equipped modern kitchen, and a utility area for storing bicycles.
It features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom in the hallway with a bathtub.
In the living room, there is a third bedroom designed for relaxation and reading with sea views. Matagorda Beach, located in Puerto del Carmen, is one of the best tourist areas in Lanzarote.
The beach is practically at your doorstep due to its proximity, and the Avenida de las Playas offers a wide selection of restaurants, a supermarket just 50 meters away.
Furthermore, from Matagorda, you can explore the east coast of Lanzarote all the way to Arrecife on foot or by bicycle, close to the sea, and along a traffic-free bike path, enjoying the walk and stopping for a bite to eat at one of the terraces in Playa Honda.

The villa is fabulous, clean and has everything you need. The beach is literally on the door step and restaurants and shops within one minute walk. Ana, Monika and Bettina were wonderful as per all the stays we have booked with them.

Stayed in June at Casa La Malondra no complaints because as always its just perfect. Monica is great and very efficient Going bk to lanzarote in September but sadly not staying at Casa La Malondra as it was booked out but we'll be bk next year!!!

I like everything about Malondra that is why I'm on our 4 th return the view is amazing when you open the door it's so peaceful always feel well rested when we return everything is there if you don't want to dine out there is everything there at your hand always a lovely welcome and nice touches with milk juice chocolate biscuits nice touches just live it
