Das Haus wurde sehr schön renoviert und verfügt über einen hohen Einrichtungsstandard. Besonders die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Die Aussicht ist toll und es hat in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses schöne Wanderwege.
Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen, um in Bellinzona einzukaufen benötigt man pro Weg 30 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zudem ist die Parkplatzsituation nicht ideal, insbesondere mit einem grösseren Wagen.
Dafür ist das Haus mit knapp 150.- pro Nacht (über Ostern) zu teuer, zumal dabei das WLAN nicht inbegriffen ist.

Das Ferienhaus liegt weit oberhalb von Bellinzona und glänzt mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht über das Tal von Ascona bis hinauf in Richtung Biasca.
Wer Ruhe in einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sucht, ist hier richtig.
