This lovely semi-detached house is located on the 1st floor of a country house and offers a lovely terrace with sea view, where you can enjoy the fresh air from early morning until late evening.
On the first floor is the vacation accommodation ITK110 and in the immediate vicinity is the former barn ITK126. Common, large garden.
The beach promenade attracts with pubs and beach baths.
Not far away you will also find beautiful white beaches, which are in no way inferior to the Caribbean Sea! In the nearest town, Rosignano Solvay, there is a weekly market on Monday morning.
The art city of Pisa is about 25 km away (airport). The town of Castiglioncello, with its open-air summer cinema and various markets, is 5 km away.
Livorno (25 Km) and Piombino (40 Km, ferry connection to the island of Elba) are also easily accessible via the state road Variante Aurelia (2 Km). The beautiful Etruscan city of Volterra is less than an hour away and can be reached via beautiful hilly countryside.
Arrival exclusively between 16 -20 o'clock.

Sehr gute & schöne Lage, viel Platz. Angenehmer & hilfreicher Kontakt bei der Ankunft, zwischendurch und bei der Abreise durch die betreuende Person vor Ort. Optimaler Ausgangsort für Ausflüge.
Bitte ab Oktober Jagdsaison beachten, ab 5 Uhr in der Frühe hört man gelegentlich Schüsse in der Nähe.
