On the 3rd floor (elevator), the apartment is ideal for families and offers well-kept spaces and a beautiful terrace equipped to experience the magic of the sea even in moments of relaxation or during meals.

Die Lage der Residenz und die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Hafen von Porto Azurro ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung und das Mobiliar ist komfortabel und sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Einziger Wermutstropfen, es fehlte eine Kaffemaschine und man musste auf den guten alten Teekessel zurückgreifen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Toplage. Wenige Meter zum Meer oder in den Ort. Aber dennoch ruhig mit tollem Meerblick.
Die Ausstattung entspricht m. E. nicht dieser Preiskategorie. Es ist zwar alles Beschriebene vorhanden, dennoch sollten eine Klimaanlage und WiFi selbstverständlich sein. Auch die Küche war etwas spärlich ausgestattet.
Einiges könnte mal wieder instand gesetzt werden.
