This 35 m² holiday apartment, located on Koserower Sanddornweg (formerly Kreuzstraße), is situated on the ground floor of the host's single-family home and has a separate entrance.
It features a living room with an integrated kitchenette (ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator - no freezer compartment - etc.) as well as a sofa area (sofa bed for one person), TV, and Wi-Fi access.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, making the apartment suitable for 2 people (bed linen and towels are provided).
An adjoining terrace invites you to relax.
The bathroom includes a toilet and a walk-in shower, and the apartment has underfloor heating.
A parking space (outdoor area) and bicycle storage (garage) are available.
The host kindly requests no smoking inside the apartment.
Arrival is possible from 3:00 PM, and departure is by 10:00 AM.
The tourist tax is to be paid independently to the spa administration upon arrival from Monday to Thursday.
For arrivals from Friday to Sunday, the tourist tax is to be paid to the landlord.
Koserow is located at the narrowest point of the island of Usedom, where the Achterwasser lagoon and the Baltic Sea are very close to each other.
The Streckelsberg offers an unforgettable view of the Baltic Sea.
You can explore the amber resorts by bike or on foot.
