Historic natural stone house in a charming hillside location amidst an olive grove with impressive views over the valleys to the sea. It is wonderfully suited for active holidaymakers, such as hikers, as well as for those seeking relaxation, families, and couples.
The house is comfortably equipped including Wi-Fi. The house is bathed in sunshine year-round, situated above an olive grove with an open, wide view over the valley to the sea. Behind the house begins a chestnut forest, inviting you for walks.
Winding paths lead to small medieval villages that are worth discovering.
Dogs can move freely, and you can undertake hours of hiking without needing to use the car. It is an extremely fertile region.
Pretty much everything nature has to offer here grows and thrives. The villa consists of two separate parts of the house, each with an apartment and its own terrace, which have completely independent entrances and are otherwise separate, ensuring privacy.
The part shown in the photos is rented out. The other part is rarely used privately. The house has a total of 2 double bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 separate dining room with 1 sofa bed for one person and direct access to the southwest-facing terrace with a cozy dining area, and 1 bathroom/WC. The living space is complemented by 1 walk-through study with a sofa bed for one person and access to the upper southeast-facing terrace. Each floor offers its own spacious terrace.
The rooms are spread over two floors, connected by a staircase.
The house has a parking space directly in front of the door and is easily accessible via an asphalted road. Montedivalli is also an ideal starting point for exploring Tuscany and Liguria, as the house is located in the border area of both regions.
The sea is approximately 15 km away.
The small bays of the Gulf of Poets are not far, as are the long, fine sandy beaches of Tuscany and, of course, the world-famous Cinque Terre.

This property is incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed. Set in a very peaceful location, the outside deck offers a view of the most amazing sunsets. Additionally, it is conveniently located for access to Cinque Terre and provides an easy drive to Pisa Airport.

Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt war es ein tolles Haus mit einer super Terrasse und vor allem ein super Ausblick bis hin zum Meer. Einzig die Anfahrt den Berg hinauf hat ein bisschen gestört. Das wussten wir allerdings ja im Voraus.

Wunderschönes Haus mit atemberaubenden Blick über die Berge über La Spezia. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen, wer kleine Straßen und Serpentinen hasst, sollte es nicht wählen :-)
