Contemporary penthouse apartment situated on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building in the heart of the university quarter. Excellently situated for shops, restaurants and bars.
The penthouse is accessible via a lift with secure key-operated button for the penthouse floor only.
THE APARTMENT
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one is ensuite and has a king size bed. The ensuite has shower, wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. Both beds have Egyptian cotton bedding and plump pillows and have direct access to the west facing balcony.
The large family room is decorated in a modern contemporary style with wooden floors and the L-shaped sofa faces the 55" smart tv; the balcony is also accessible from the family room.
The west facing balcony is furnished with table and chairs for alfresco dining and has panoramic views of the Lake District, Blackpool and Preston's cityscape.
The apartment has a separate dining area which comfortably seats 4.
The family bathroom consists of a large, double width shower complete with rainshower head, wash basin, toilet, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

We want you to enjoy your stay in our apartment, so we simply ask that you treat our apartment as you would your own and that you are mindful of excessive noise and other residents within the apartment building.
Location
The apartment is situated within the University Quarter with a 2 minute walk to the UCLan Library, the train station is a 10 minute walk, the bus station is a 10 minute walk and the city centre is a 5 minute walk away. The apartment has a convenience store selling a wide variety of food and drink within the adjacent building and has
take-away restaurants, formal restaurants and pubs within a 4 minute walk.
Preston has a fantastic Museum, a vibrant city centre with an emerging cafe culture and beautiful parks all within easy walking distance from the apartment. The Marina is only a short drive away and has a cinema, restaurants and is a pleasant place for a walk in the evening.
On our door step is the beautiful and picturesque Lytham or the hustle and bustle of Blackpool with all that a typical British seaside resort offers.
Within 45 minutes you could be in the middle of the Lake District on the shore of Lake Windermere, or 45 minutes and be in the centre of Manchester watching a show or shopping in the city centre or Trafford centre.
