The interior is modern and cosy: the living room with luxurious large kitchen, cosy wood-burning stove and high-quality sofa area was deliberately kept open so that the sun and light can flood the entire house. So that you can really enjoy the unique panoramic view of the Schleimündung estuary, the Baltic Sea and the marina, the semi-detached house has a beautiful wooden terrace right on the water.
On the upper floor, the balcony offers even more fascinating perspectives.
The property is ideal for two couples, as each bedroom on the upper floor has its own bathroom. *** Please note that OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction.
Your holiday property is of course completed, but there may still be construction work in the surrounding area.
Small children should be supervised outside due to the construction site situation.
The rental price is already calculated on the basis of this construction situation; further discounts are excluded. *** The Baltic Sea directly in front of the house is not officially authorised for swimming due to the current conditions.
A small bay has been created approx. 300 metres from the house.
Please also note that fishing in the harbour basin is not permitted. Please note: the duvets in the house have the special size 155x200 cm.

Schade dass nur 1 Restaurant im Ressort geöffnet hatte. Aber wir waren nun mal in der Nachsaison dort

Top modern und super eingerichtet. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit privatem Zugang, für uns ideale Aufteilung. Auch unsere Hunde waren gern gesehen.Kleines Manko war die Küchenausstattung, es gab keinen Kochlöffel, keinen Bräter/große Pfanne und nur lediglich vier Teller, was bei vier Personen sehr dürftig war.

Lage absolut traumhaft, Einrichtung Haus okay, jedoch einige Sachen kaputt (Abdeckung unten an der Küche, Halterung Glaswand Dusche zu Wand)… zu viele Spinnenweben in den Ecken an den Wänden, Kissen und Bettdecke, die unbezogen sind, sollte man nicht genauer betrachten 🙈
