Welcome to this beautiful complex of two stone farmhouses near Gubbio (6 km).
The houses are renovated and divided into five very nice apartments (IUP164, IUP165, IUP166 and IUP168). The apartments are furnished in authentic Italian style and with great attention to detail, so you will quickly feel at home and settle in quickly. From the buildings you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view and admire the beautiful surroundings. Each apartment has its own outdoor area where you can enjoy delicious local specialties on balmy summer evenings. The communal garden with garden furniture and swimming pool invites the whole family to relax and swim.

Gli spazi erano ampi e la location bellissima ! Il gestore Paolo super disponibile e accogliente .
Letti troppo duri e vecchi con molle rotte che non fanno riposare bene.
Mancano le zanzariere e in mezzo alla campagna presenta dei problemi.

Loved the time here. Quiet and peaceful. Host is genuinely kind and helpful. One thing that would be helpful for the first night stay is a map be available to the local grocery stores without having to ask a million questions of the host. As it was, the host was happy to tell us where to shop.
