Quietly located beautiful large stone country house overlooking the small village of Guardea (1.5 km), Lake Alviano and the Tiber Valley - a true natural oasis! Its plot covers about 1.1 hectares with woods, olive and fruit tree groves and in the garden there is the beautiful pool and an outdoor area for your outdoor meals.
All first floor bedrooms have high windows with no views.
