Quiet, private, air-conditioned rural studio, ideal for 2 people.
A circular canvas pool 3m diameter x 76cm high installed on the plot available for use between June and September.
Exclusive wifi internet and half-shaded porch with barbecue.
Exclusive parking in the grounds of the studio with its own entrance for tenants.
It consists of a large room with double bed and smoke detector, open plan kitchen and bathroom with shower.
A space to experience the usual life in a typical rural farm of the area, with cultivation of various trees (no chemicals, pesticides or herbicides are used).
The tasting of the recommended fruits of each season is allowed.
*Important: The external appearance of the land, as well as the fruits of the trees, varies according to the stage of the year with respect to the images of the photos that were taken during the winter.
Neither Cubo's Holiday Homes nor the owner can be held responsible for possible restrictions in the water supply and how they could affect the traveller's stay, provided that these are decreed by the competent authorities, and are of obligatory compliance.
To mitigate these possible inconveniences during your stay, we recommend that you consider taking out travel insurance.
**Additional note: the last part of the road to the accommodation is a dirt road.
