This impressive 250 m² villa is located in a very quiet area, just 1km from the sandy beach of Las Marinas.
It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
Upon entering the plot, you'll discover an imposing garden with large lawn areas, palm trees, and a large swimming pool.
Next to the pool, there is a fully furnished barbecue area, as well as an outdoor bathroom for added convenience.
The accommodation includes a large garage, Wi-Fi, central heating, a fireplace, and air conditioning in the living room and two of the bedrooms.
On the ground floor, you'll find the very spacious living/dining room with direct access to the pool, located next to the large kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need.
This includes a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster.
