This impressive 250 m² villa is located in a very quiet area, just 1km from the sandy beach of Las Marinas.

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich toll! sehr gross und optimal für Hunde und Kinder. Wir wollten bewusst ein Haus welches nicht direkt in Denia ist, da wir gerne unsere ruhe haben. Der Pool direkt im Garten ist genial.

Geräumiges Gelände, große Zimmer, gut eingerichtete Küche und große Garage zur Benutzung. Gepflegter Rasen und Pool in absolut ruhiger Lage.
Einen Schlüssel für den Stromkasten zur Verfügung stellen. Denn dieser war einmal an einem Sonntag aufgrund eines Sicherungsfalls ausgefallen und ohne die Hilfe des Nachbarn hätten wir die Carlos Notfallnummer bemühen müssen.
