Very nice apartment in a prime location, next to the marina, the beach, and the town.
The apartment is on the second floor and features two double bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, and another with a bathtub (en-suite).
The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.
The living-dining room has a TV with satellite channels and two balconies. Central heating and central air conditioning. The marina is located 200m away, the beach is only 500m away, the town is 900m away, supermarkets are 700m away, and restaurants are less than 1km away. Heating consumption (Gas, Oil, or Pellets) is not included.
For long-term stays, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil, or Pellets), Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are not included.
