The house is accessed through a glazed terrace and garden furniture. Once inside, there is a living-dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV and a fireplace.

Next to the living room is the kitchen with an open plan bar equipped with ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster and a two-door fridge.

Continuing with the two double bedrooms, both with two single beds side by side. Both with air conditioning, mosquito nets and fitted wardrobes. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with shower.

Distance to the village centre 800m, bars and restaurants 700m and to Denia 9 km.

Heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. Electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), bed linen and towels are not included in long stay rates. The price of the services will be according to the agency's conditions.
