Beautiful villa with large garden with palm trees, oleanders, lawn and sea view. The private swimming pool of 8mx5m with roman steps has a maximum depth of 2 metres and a minimum depth of 1.80 metres, next to it there is a large covered barbecue with garden furniture.

Once inside the house we find the living-dining room with TV/SAT and internet, it has an exit to a glazed terrace where the dining room is and has a direct exit to the garden and the swimming pool.

Next to the living room is the open plan kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge with freezer. From the living room there are 5 steps down to the hallway where the bedrooms are distributed. The house has two double bedrooms with twin beds joined together and a third bedroom with double bed with air conditioning and a small TV room. All three bedrooms have mosquito nets.

The house has a bathroom with shower and another bathroom with bath.
