Comfortable apartments for 2 to 5 people and rooms offer you cozy living comfort.
In the idyllic winter sports region of Villach, surrounded by four ski mountains, your winter dreams will come true, and the in-house sauna area rounds off our offerings for your well-being.
Whether for two or with the whole family - with us, you will experience a relaxing and eventful holiday in a friendly atmosphere.

We are pleased about your interest in our house and would like to inform you of our conditions:
• Our apartment prices include all incidental costs such as visitor's tax (for 2 adults!), electricity, and final cleaning.
• The price also includes the use of the Faak am See lido, including a changing cabin.
• Upon arrival, after submitting the completed registration form, you will receive the Erlebnis Card, which offers you a free animation program.
• Our apartments are equipped with all bed and table linen as well as towels.
We automatically change the towels twice a week.
If you require fresh towels beyond this, please do not hesitate to ask. • Of course, we also offer our breakfast bread roll service at the prices of our baker. • You can pay with Maestro/EC card, VISA, Mastercard, and cash until your departure.
Please note that your Maestro/EC card must have sufficient credit. • If you wish, you can also pay the rental costs in advance by bank transfer, to arrive in our bank account no later than the day of arrival. Our apartments are usually available from 2 PM. So that we can properly clean and prepare your apartment for the next tenants upon your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate it by 10 AM at the latest. By car: From the direction of Germany or Vienna: Take the Villach - Faaker See (A2) motorway exit. Turn left towards Drobollach.
At the villa "Das Platzl", turn right towards Faak am See. Drive through Faak am See, turn right about 50 m after the tourist information office, about 500 m after the railway underpass, leave the roundabout in the direction of Latschach/Ferlach onto the B85. At the next intersection (with a wayside shrine on the right), turn right towards Ratnitz.
Continue for approx. 500 m and you will have reached your destination.
Have a good trip! From the direction of Italy: Take the Villach - Faaker See (A2) motorway exit. Turn right towards Drobollach.
At the villa "Das Platzl", turn right towards Faak am See. Drive through Faak am See, turn right about 50 m after the tourist information office, about 500 m after the railway underpass, leave the roundabout in the direction of Latschach/Ferlach onto the B85. At the next intersection (with a wayside shrine on the right), turn right towards Ratnitz.
Continue for approx. 500 m and you will have reached your destination.
