This elegant, comfortable holiday flat is located in Dolores. On the roof of the building in which the apartment is located, you have access to a fantastic communal pool with fantastic views of the mountains. Here you can enjoy the sun and the ideal climate of the Costa Blanca!
The town of Dolores is located in the Vega Baja, an area known for the production of excellent fresh vegetables and an exquisite gastronomy that you can savour in numerous restaurants and bars.
In just 15 minutes you can reach the beautiful beaches of Guardamar del Segura and La Marina, which are ideal for long walks on the dunes and in pine forests. The beaches offer a variety of water sports activities such as kitesurfing, kayaking and fishing.
To the south-east is the Las Lagunas de la Mata nature reserve, where you can discover beautiful hiking and cycling routes surrounded by nature.

Bra planerad lägenhet, centralt läge, trevlig balkong med spektakulär solnedgång.
Dålig städning, påförande av utgifter efter bokning (hyra för lakan+örngott+handdukar, kostnad för flyttstädning, deposition för el-förbrukning och ev lägenhetsskador).
I en hyrd lägenhet ingår normalt sängkläder och handdukar utan extra avgift.
Goed appartement voor die prijs.

la casa muy bien, la piscina ni la utilizamos
que cobren la luz aparte, y que nosotros no gastamos los treinta euros que pagamos, hay fotos con kw y tampoco que le pagaran ala limpiadora 100 euros por una limpieza de tres días de estancia cuando solo estuvimos para dormir.
si ponen ustedes que las tres noches valen 430 euros quedan mejor y no nos sentimos engañados gracias un saludo.
