Het uitzicht vanuit de grote schuiframen of het ruime balkon op de boulevard, de haven en de zee is schitterend. Ligt naar de vierde verdieping en eigen parkeerplaats ook belangrijke pluspunten.
In de woning wat verbeterpunten zoals het plafond van de badkamer en de radiator in de woonkamer (loslatende verf) en de situatie van de elektrische installatie die tijdens ons verblijf een strooiende (die wel snel werd opgelost door goed reagerende vertegenwoordiger van de verhuurder). Deze punten doen niets af aan de genoemde voordelen!

Appartement très lumineux avec une grande terrasse, proche des commerces et de la côte sauvage. En ce début septembre, le quartier était calme. Nous avons apprécié cette résidence et de disposer d'une place de parking malgré le fait qu'elle soit extrêmement étroite.
