Contact met tussenpersoon was goed, sleuteloverdracht kon gewoon bij het appartement. Top!
Jammer dat de sleuteloverdracht niet werd gedaan door iemand die wel Engels of Duits kon. Maar desalniettemin was de nazorg goed!
