Newly renovated holiday home with garden and swimming pool, near the long sandy beaches of Lido di Camaiore on the Versilia coast. The comfortably furnished holiday home over two floors with three bedrooms is located in a residential area. In the well-maintained garden with olive and palm trees you can refresh yourself in the small swimming pool. Ideal holiday home for families and "Bello" is also welcome and can let off steam in the enclosed garden. The covered, furnished terrace overlooking the garden is particularly inviting. Here the day starts with breakfast. After 15 minutes by car you reach the fine sandy, gently sloping sandy beaches of the seaside resorts of Lido di Camaiore or Viareggio. Walking barefoot through the warm sand, swimming, pedal boat or just relax, here you can enjoy relaxing days on the beach.

There are good train links from Viareggio to Florence for those interested in art and culture. The island of Elba (approx. 1 hour by ferry from Piombino) with its charming island flair is worth a day trip. Also visit the unique white marble quarries of Carrara (35 km)

Schöne Ferienwohnung. Gut gelegen. Nicht weit zum Einkaufen, Strand, Markt usw. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Pool im Garten sehr wertvoll bei heissen Tagen. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgerüstet.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit gepflegtem Garten und einem schönen Pool. Rustikal eingerichtet, aber alles vorhanden was man braucht. Nettes Vermieterpaar, sprechen nur italienisch, aber mit einer Übersetzer App hat die Kommunikation bestens funktioniert. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen aber schön...

Das Haus war berfekt. Gut ausgeschattet.
Die Küche , die Schlafzimmer alles in Ordnung. Sitzpatz sehr schön. Was noch schöner wäre, wenn der Pool im Boden versenkt wäre. Aber Preis-Leistungverhältnis voll in Ordung.
