The house has 130m2 with three-bedrooms: 2 rooms with 2 single beds of 90 cm (one of them has an extra bed for a seventh person) and a main room with double bed of 150cm. Two bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen-living room-dining room: the kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave/oven, oven, refrigerator, vitro, coffee maker and normal, complete tableware, juicer, sandwich maker, cutlery and pots and pans. The dining room has a table for 6 people and in the living room there is a TV with satellite, music equipment for indoor and outdoor with bluetooth, wifi (30mg), and finally it also has air-conditioning with dehumidifier and heating, safe, alarm system (securitas direct) cleaning service, and swimming pool once a week included in the price. The house is recently renovated, the decor combines the old with the modern, with materials of very good quality.
The outside area has 300m2 with private pool, outdoor covered kitchen, which has gas stove, sink, microwave, barbecue and stone oven, in addition, has the great advantage of having an outside bathroom and a fully equipped bathroom abut with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer. Finally it has a large solarium to enjoy this wonderful weather, with 6 sun loungers, outside shower, chill out area with their respective sets of chairs (indoor) and a wide parking of approximately 700 m2 with a beautiful garden and perfect views of the mountain.
