Charming, quietly situated vacation home with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside in a nature reserve amidst the rolling hills of the Umbria region and only 1 km from the small town of Massa Martana (stores of all kinds).
The vacation home is surrounded by a spacious private property, partly with meadow, where the L-shaped swimming pool is also located.

In the basement, guests have access to a fitness room with shower room.

Abbiamo passato una settimana stupenda insieme ai nostri amici.Posizione eccellente, casa confortevole, piscina fantastica con paesaggio stratosferico per non parlare dell'host Bernardo gentilissimo, simpatico e accogliente... a ferragosto ci ha deliziato con un dolce inaspettato.Consigliatissimo!!!

Det var et lækkert hus, og en meget venlig/hjælpsom ejer. Der var dog en næsten konstant hunde gøen fra det modsatte side af vejen, her boede der ca. 15 hunde i bur. De gøede i lange perioder både dag og nat. Denne oplysning kunne man godt havde modtaget inden reservation. Tænker ikke vi er de første gæster der har haft denne oplevelse.

Wirklich tolle Lage und gesamter Urlaub in diesem Haus groß genug, Pool groß genug wirklich schöne Aussicht auf die Berge der Toskana. Sehr nette Vermieter war bei fragen direkt zu stelle und bei der Nachfrage nach grill Holz auch innerhalb 1 Stunde da also im Großen und Ganzen ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus.
