The apartment "54° Meer" is located on the 4th floor of the "Grömitz-Center II", in a very central location just 100 meters from the beach and the pier.
The approximately 52 m² holiday accommodation is divided into a living/dining room with an integrated kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a small hallway, and a bathroom, offering space for a maximum of 3 people.
The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a dining area.
From the living room, you can access the furnished balcony, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Grömitz pier and have breakfast in the sun.
The kitchen is equipped with, among other things: a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, coffee machine, and other kitchen appliances.
One of the two separate bedrooms features a double bed (separate mattresses, dimensions: 1.80 x 2.00 m).
A wardrobe is available in the hallway of the apartment.
The second bedroom has a bed (1.20 m x 2 m).
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet. A baby cot is not available and cannot be provided due to space limitations. Smoking is not permitted in our apartment.
Many guests come to Grömitz specifically for the fresh, clean sea air.
To ensure everyone – including our neighbors – can enjoy this special holiday experience, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking, even on the balcony. Thank you for your understanding! Free Wi-Fi is available. The apartment is not fully accessible; there are 4 steps to manage on the fourth floor. You have your own parking space in the underground garage (2 m height).
Please note: The parking spaces in the "Grömitz Center" were built in the 1970s according to the vehicle dimensions of that time and are therefore relatively narrow.
Parking can be difficult, especially with larger vehicles such as SUVs.
We recommend guests with very wide or tall cars to consider this when booking.
Unfortunately, a replacement parking space cannot be provided. The beach, all restaurants, shops, and the Grömitz wave pool can be reached in a few minutes. A lockable bicycle storage facility is available.
This can be used by multiple residential units. You can order a laundry package for €20 per person from our administrator. In the basement, you have the option to wash and dry your laundry for a small fee.
A drying rack is available in the apartment. A collection of books is available. ---------------------------------------- A laundry package (bed linen, towels, dish towel) can be rented from the administrator for €23.00 per person!

Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. Toller Blick auf die Seebrücke und Ostsee.
Die Wohnung war sehr schick und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Auch hatte die Wohnungstür eine
mehrfach Verriegelung, kann man ja mal erwähnen, also Sicherheit Top!!

Einzigstes was ich zu bemängeln habe ist das Wlan. Was nicht funktionierte. Der Router hatte immer Probleme. Was das mobile Arbeiten erschwerte. Nicht immer kann man im Urlaub ohne das mobile arbeiten sein. Das ist der einzigste aber auch sehr wichtige Punkt für mich. Beruflich benötige ich es.
